
MEET THE COACHES
Coach Marshall
Marshall Gaw is the owner of House of Lacrosse and currently serves as the Offensive Coordinator for the Westfield High School Varsity Lacrosse Team. He previously served as the JV Assistant Coach and the Lax Team Strength & Conditioning Coach for Cathedral High School.
A graduate of Westfield High School, Marshall played lacrosse throughout his high school career and has since built an extensive background in both playing and coaching the sport. He helped lead the St. Simon the Apostle School 14U Boys Lacrosse Team to the program’s first Indiana state championship. During his time coaching the JV Boys Team at Cathedral High School, he led the team to an undefeated in-state 2024 season. He also completed an undefeated Fall 2025 season with the True Lacrosse ‘29 White Team.
Marshall has experience training both boys and girls ranging from 8U athletes through the collegiate level. His Skillset is well versed in all areas of training, such as Goalie, Defense, attack and midfield. He also volunteers alongside his wife, Rebecca, coaching the girls’ 10U and 12U teams at St. Simon the Apostle Catholic School. Coaching and mentoring young athletes is a shared family commitment and passion.
In addition to his coaching career, Coach Marshall served on Reconnaissance and Sniper teams in the United States Army and has a professional background in law enforcement.
Coach Marshall brings discipline, leadership, persistence, and a strong commitment to community outreach to House of Lacrosse. He is dedicated to the continued growth of the sport and to helping every player reach their full potential


Coach Rebecca
Rebecca previously coached youth girls’ lacrosse for the 10U and 12U teams at St. Simon the Apostle School and assisted with the school’s lacrosse program. She currently oversees marketing and media initiatives and organizes youth clinics and events for House of Lacrosse.
Rebecca is also a former Deputy with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. She resigned from her position following the birth of her and Marshall’s youngest daughter, choosing to dedicate her time to her family, House of Lacrosse, and the local lacrosse community.
Her professional background brings structure, leadership, and dedication to House of Lacrosse. Rebecca is passionate about developing youth girls’ lacrosse and encourages her players to step outside their comfort zones in order to grow, compete, and achieve their goals
